A Flutter web app designed specifically for Beyblade X organizers and communities to manage tournaments and track player rankings. Built to handle everything from casual local meetups to large-scale competitive events, it streamlines the friction of running physical tournaments.

Modes include multiple tournament formats (Swiss, Single/Double Elimination, and Round Robin), live bracket generation with automated byes, and a persistent leaderboard system that calculates player rankings (Elo-based) over time. Built with BLoC state management and Clean Architecture to ensure rock-solid performance during live events.

Organizers can run events from a single device, or allow players to view live brackets, upcoming matchups, and personal match histories directly from their own phones in real-time.
