Terms of Service

By installing, opening, or otherwise using Clasher ST, you agree to what is written here. If you do not agree with something in this document, the honest answer is not to use the app.

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with them and material changes are announced in the app itself rather than quietly slipped in.

Clasher ST is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are under that age, please do not use it, and if you are a parent or guardian who believes a younger child has been using it, contact info@stateless-labs.com and anything associated with them will be removed.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself and for anything done through your account. Choose a password you do not use anywhere else, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.

Accounts may be suspended where there is a genuine reason to think they are being used to break these terms, to attack the service, or to harm another person.

Most of this is common sense, but written down so there is no argument about it later. While using the app, please do not:

• Break the law with it, or use it to help someone else do so
• Try to break, overload, or work around the security of the service
• Pull it apart to extract credentials, keys, or other people’s data
• Harass, impersonate, or endanger another person through it
• Resell or rebrand it as your own product

Clasher ST is offered as it is. It is maintained with care, but it is not promised to be available at every moment, free of every bug, or suitable for any particular purpose you have in mind.

Features may change or be withdrawn. Where a change would cause you to lose something, reasonable notice is given so you can get your data out first.

The app itself, its code, its design, and its name belong to Stateless Labs. Using the app does not transfer any of that to you.

Third party names and trade marks that appear in the app belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe real things.

To the extent the law allows, Stateless Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Clasher ST, including lost data, lost profit, or lost time.

Nothing here tries to exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence, because that cannot lawfully be excluded and should not be.

You can stop using the app whenever you want, and you can request deletion of your account and data from the link below at any time.

Access may be withdrawn where these terms are being broken in a way that puts other people or the service at risk.

By accessing, registering for, or using this application, the user explicitly agrees to be bound by all conditions and terms outlined in this document.

Regardless of the language in which these terms are presented, translated, or read, by accepting them, the user acknowledges that they have fully read, completely understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions herein.

Users are strictly subject to, and must comply with, all local, state, and national laws in the jurisdiction from which they use the application. Any violation of applicable laws will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

The application, its developers, and operators take absolutely no responsibility for the actions, conduct, or legal violations of its users.

Any misconduct intended to manipulate the leaderboard will result in an immediate and permanent ban. This includes intentionally raising your Elo rating through faulty means, match fixing, or exploiting system mechanics.

Charging real world money for leaderboard placement, as well as buying or selling accounts, is strictly prohibited. If an account is caught participating in these activities, it will be banned permanently. This rule applies equally to verified accounts.

This application is strictly provided as a tool for managing tournaments. No prizes, cash, or physical rewards are distributed directly through or by this application.

If users or organizations choose to distribute independent prizes outside of the application, they are solely responsible for ensuring that such distributions strictly comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws in their respective jurisdictions.

This platform operates as a neutral software provider. We do not mediate, arbitrate, or assume liability for disputes, rivalries, or conflicts between independent users, teams, or organizations.

Weaponizing the platform’s reporting, support, or trading systems to maliciously attack or pressure rival organizations is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate bans and loss of verification for all offending parties.

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading or displaying sexual, explicit, or highly objectionable imagery in showcases.

The use of AI-generated images in showcases or as trade items is strictly forbidden. Violating these content guidelines will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

Maintaining a fair trading environment is required. If an account receives 3 verified reports for failed trades, duplicate trades, or scamming, the account will be immediately suspended.

Suspended users must go through a formal appeal process with support to have their trading privileges and account access reinstated.

Organizations are held to a higher standard. Organizations found guilty of malicious acts, including Elo manipulation or Battlepass abuse, will be banned and permanently stripped of their verification status.

Battlepass abuse includes, but is not limited to, distributing loot box tickets, gambling mechanics, or any other form of illegitimate items as rewards within the Battlepass system.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse service to any user or organization at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

By using this app, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stateless Labs from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or conflicts with third parties.

The developers and operators of this application assume no responsibility or liability for user interactions, independent prize fulfillment, or user-generated content.

While currently operating in the United States and Vietnam, this limitation of liability applies globally. Users access the application at their own risk, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
